Function and characteristics of gas self-closing valve

The gas pipeline self-closing valve has two installation positions, which are applied to the air inlet and the air outlet respectively. In the event of a malfunction or external damage, pressure fluctuations occur and the self-closing valve closes automatically to prevent leakage.
The gas self-closing valve will recognize the gas pressure passing through it. When the set value is exceeded, the valve will be automatically closed to cut off the gas source to avoid danger. To put it simply, in the case of emergency repairs, emergency airless operation and other abnormal situations, the self-closing valve will cut off the air source like a protective umbrella for you!
The gas self-closing valve has the functions of underpressure, overpressure, pressure loss, automatic closing and manual reset. Gas stoppage, abnormal gas supply, hose falling off, etc. occur. Automatic shutdown to prevent leakage, which can effectively reduce the frequency of gas accidents caused by various accidents or improper use.
There are two reasons why the gas self-closing valve cannot be opened.
1. When the gas stops or the pressure is too high, the self-closing valve will automatically close. Under normal circumstances, the reset button lever of the gas self-closing valve is in the state of the yellow line. When the red line on the reset button lever pops up, it means that the gas pipeline pressure is too high, and the self-closing valve will automatically close. When the reset button lever is fully retracted, which means that the gas line stops or the gas hose falls off, the self-closing valve will automatically close.
2. The gas self-closing valve is a multi-pole linkage mechanism with memory made by magnetization according to the design requirements. It can recognize the change of the gas pressure parameters passing through it, and automatically close the valve and cut off the gas source when the set value is exceeded.
Many users are accustomed to manually closing the self-closing valve reset button lever after each use of natural gas, which is wrong. Frequent opening and closing can easily make the self-closing valve fail and cause air leakage. When we finish each meal, first close the self-closing valve switch, and then close the gas valve. In the process of security inspection, some users artificially mix foreign objects into the self-closing valve pull rod to keep the self-closing valve in a normally open state, which will make the self-closing valve lose its function and bring hidden dangers. The user should regularly check the opening and closing of the valve. If any fault is found, the professional or manufacturer should be notified in time for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden for users to disassemble or knock the valve at will to avoid air leakage!
